handy base for exploring the Yorkshire dale's famous limestone
scenery of caves, crags, peaks and waterfalls.

YOUR HOSTS
Alec and Carol Rigby - School teachers and keen on the outdoor
lifestyle, Alec is a keen Cyclist and both are keen skiers. Carol
sings with a local group. They have been at The Knoll since 1994
and have great local knowledge of the area.

HISTORY
| The
building is an old limestone and oak beamed two storey cottage
built in 1683 the original section being the central part of
the house, with extensions having been made at a later date.
The house has belonged to the family for just over 100 years.

THE ROOMS
The Rafter Room has a Double bed and single bed with ensuite
bathroom and costs £50 per night. The End Room has a Double bed and
costs £40 per night.

Just off the
A65 between Settle and Ingleton turn off at the
Cross Streets Pub, go over the bridge and we are the first house
on the right - easy.
